Well about a week ago my sister in law Ivy asked me to make a birthday cake for her Husband's upcoming birthday. After discussions we decided on a Chocolate Mud Cake with Coffee Buttercream. With limited time we went for some simple decorations. Here is it!

I think you should start a business making wedding cakes and then taking the photos!! And you did show me up last night, just like I knew you would!! :) But they were yum regardless of how they looked!
Matt's Mid-Week Cake was a hit with both the toddlers, the Poppy and the birthday boy himself! I've been loving it all day today as well. I will blame you when i no longer fit into my jeans... Thanks Bec, it was awesome, looking forward to seeing mnay more cakes on this blog!
